Dr. Averie Culbertson
Dr. Averie Culbertson is originally from Ohio, where she graduated from the University of Toledo in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts in communications. After working in publications for a year, she decided to pursue her dream job as a veterinarian, and in 2022 she moved to Long Island for veterinary school.
While working towards her degree, she gained experience in the field by working as a veterinary technician/assistant. She graduated from LIU Post College of Veterinary Medicine in May 2026. Now, she is excited to get to know and care for your dogs, cats, and small exotics.
At home, she has a 2 year old dog named Fern, a 1.5 year old dog named Gwen, and a 5 year old black cat named Topanga.
